My tumblr is a weight loss blog/healthy eating blog and I don’t like to rant and rave on it - but I’m looking under my “weight watcher” tags and some people are posting about how much they have lost - saying “better than nothing” really???
YOU LOST WEIGHT!!! YOU DIDN’T GAIN!!!
When I started my journey back in 2009 I would get discouraged if I didn’t lose a lot on weigh in day - but you have to accept every BODY is different, and also muscle weighs more than fat! That took a long time for me to comprehend! I look smaller, feel healthier but for some time that number on the scale wouldn’t budge! Take it one day at a time, your one pound, your 0.2, 0.5 etc. losses are great!! They add up!!! As my leader Bob says “there isn’t, I only lost .2” You LOST .2
